Company directors, HR managers, office managers and event agencies: Domaine de l'Issole is a large Provençal estate on an exclusive-use basis, where a team can work, sleep, eat and connect with no other group on site.
Residential seminars, executive committees, strategy retreats, study days, team meetings, team-building stays or confidential business events: this is a house, not a conference centre — and that is exactly what changes the tone of a seminar.

Spaces and equipment
A large main room for plenary sessions, and genuine secondary spaces for small-group workshops.
- Main room : an air-conditioned living space of about 90 m², adaptable to the number of participants, with an 85-inch screen and a large table.
- Connectivity : fibre-optic internet available throughout the house.
- Printing : a printer is available on site.
- Projection : a projector can be made available on request.
- Workspaces : several configurations can be set up indoors and outdoors, in the main living room, the glazed lounge, the shaded terraces and the various spaces with power sockets.
- Workshops and teambuilding : coaching sessions, massages, group workshops and various activities can be organised with partner providers.
Two days at the estate
For illustration only: every programme is built with you, with nothing imposed.
- Day 1 — morning
- Arrival, coffee on the terrace, settling into the bedrooms, opening session in the main working room.
- Day 1 — afternoon
- Small-group workshops between the glazed lounge and the shaded terraces, wrap-up at the end of the day.
- Day 1 — evening
- Pétanque and drinks at sunset, then dinner under the trees.
- Day 2 — morning
- Pool or gym for early risers, breakfast, working session, small-group check-ins.
- Day 2 — afternoon
- Closing session, lunch on the terrace, departure — or time at the spa before the drive home.
Breakfast and catering
A continental breakfast can be arranged for corporate stays as well as other bookings. General composition, to be confirmed together:

For lunches and dinners, trusted partner caterers and chefs can be suggested. They are independent providers, not employed by the estate.

Before you get in touch
Is the estate genuinely exclusive to our company?
Yes, entirely. The estate hosts one group at a time: the 320 m² house, the 6,000 m² grounds, the pool, the spa and all the terraces are reserved for your team for the whole stay.
What size of team does the venue suit?
Formats of 10 to 30 people work well depending on the project. The house has 8 bedrooms and sleeps 26; beyond that, partner accommodation can be sought nearby, subject to availability.
What working facilities are available?
The air-conditioned main working room of about 90 m² hosts group sessions, with an 85-inch screen. How are meals handled?
Two options: your team uses the fully equipped kitchen, or we put you in touch with partner caterers and chefs. A continental breakfast can also be arranged. These providers are independent partners, not staff of the estate.
Can we bring in outside providers?
Yes, subject to prior agreement with us: coaches, trainers, facilitators, massage practitioners. Partner providers can be brought in to design relaxation, coaching or team-building sessions suited to the format and make-up of the group.
How do we get to the estate?
The estate is in Flassans-sur-Issole, in the centre of the Var, a few minutes from the A8 motorway. Private parking on site: about 10 cars in the usual layout, up to 13 vehicles for some events. The gate is manual.
