- 26 beds on site, up to 40 guests depending on the event. 8 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, 4 WCs. For additional guests, partner accommodation can be sought nearby, subject to availability.
- By road
- In the centre of the Var, a few minutes from the RDN7 and the A8. Toulon about 35 min, Aix-en-Provence about 45 min, Marseille and Cannes about 1 hr, Nice about 1 hr 15 (indicative times, depending on traffic).
- Airports
- Toulon-Hyères airport: about 50 minutes. Marseille-Provence airport: about 1 hour. Nice-Côte d'Azur airport: about 1 hr 15.
- Parking
- 10 cars in the usual layout, up to 13 vehicles for some events. Manual gate.
- Comfort
- Bed and bath linen provided. Four air-conditioned bedrooms and an air-conditioned main living space; the other bedrooms are well insulated, with silent fans and mosquito screens. Fibre-optic internet, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, two large quality electric barbecues (no open-flame barbecue).
- Baby equipment
- One cot, two travel cots, three high chairs, one changing table and two baby baths.
- Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability.
- Classification
- Classified 4-star holiday rental — French national Atout France classification.
- Pets
- Generally welcome subject to prior agreement, depending on how many, their size and the nature of the stay.
- Accessibility
- Part of the accommodation is on one level; the Yellow Suite is on the ground floor, the Green Room and the Family Conservatory on the ground floor. As the property is built on terraced levels, guests with specific needs are welcome to contact us so we can check the layout together.
- Peace and safety
- To preserve the quiet of the place, background music is possible outdoors until 10.30 pm, after which the evening continues indoors. As the estate lies in the heart of the Var, particular care is needed regarding fire risk: only the electric barbecues provided may be used and no open flame is permitted outdoors. Smoking is allowed outside only, with extra care and no cigarette ends left anywhere on the property.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, in the form of a card pre-authorisation or a cheque, released after the stay. The details are set out when you book.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally welcome subject to prior agreement, depending on how many, their size and the nature of the stay. Just mention it when you enquire.
Is the estate accessible for people with reduced mobility?
